At PawCool, we want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team. We will provide you with the return address based on your location.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
